This is how the process works

Transparent, plannable and efficient - from the initial idea to the finished card. On request, we can also support you in selecting the right layout and technical realisation.

1. enquiry & advice

You send us your requirements (quantity, purpose, functions).
We advise you on card type, technology and layout.

2. design & release

You supply print data or commission our design service.
You will receive a galley proof for approval.

3. data & personalisation

You transmit personalisation data (e.g. as Excel/CSV).
We will check the data and clarify any queries.

4. production & quality check

Printing, personalisation and coding take place after approval.
Spot check of print image, function & data.

5. dispatch & delivery

The cards are securely packaged and sent by parcel service - with tracking and partial deliveries on request.

The actual prices depend on the type of card, personalisation, RFID, design effort and quantity. The following scales serve as a guide.

Small quantities
approx. 25 - 100 cards

Ideal for tests, pilot projects or small teams. Higher unit price, but lower entry costs.

Medium series
approx. 100 - 500 cards

Popular for company ID cards, membership or customer cards with regular requirements.

Large series
approx. 500 - 5,000 cards

Optimised unit prices, ideal for large customer bases, events or extensive access systems.

Framework agreements
from approx. 5,000 cards

Frequently asked questions

How long does production take?
This depends on the quantity and design. In many cases, the production time after print approval is approx. 5-10 working days. Express solutions are possible by arrangement.
 
Which file formats are accepted for the layout?
Print-ready PDF, AI, EPS or high-resolution PNG/JPG files with at least 300 dpi are preferred. We can support you with the preparation on request.
Can we receive sample cards in advance?
Yes, we can order test or neutral cards for assessment based on your layout. Just let us know in the enquiry.
Are your RFID cards compatible with our system?
We will be happy to check compatibility. Please let us know the type of card used, the system or existing samples. We always recommend a function test for new projects.
How do we transmit personalisation data?
Usually via Excel or CSV file with clearly labelled columns (e.g. surname, first name, department, photo file name). You will receive a template from us as a guide.
Are there minimum quantities?
For cost reasons, we usually recommend a certain minimum quantity, but we can also produce smaller quantities if required - especially for tests, pilot projects or repeat orders.
