Create your own card design with the intuitive Card Designer, which offers you all the functions you need. It is also possible to upload card designs.

Use a desktop computer, smartphone or tablet. With CardsOnline, you can design, create and manage your cards anytime, anywhere.

Manage roles, cards and data

CardsOnline has three standard administrator roles and one operator role. Additional roles can be defined and added. Manage the cards issued and the card data.

Establish a connection with your source and plant systems

The cardholder data is automatically imported via an active connection with your resource systems, such as an HR system. CardsOnline links the ID card with the facility systems used in your company.

Store data in the cloud

In addition to the option of installing the software in a local network, we also offer a cloud solution. Easy access via a web browser, which only requires an internet connection.

Service Portal

An add-on that is available on mobile devices as a service for your cardholders.

The service portal establishes a secure connection with CardsOnline so that cardholders can view their card details, send and receive enquiries about their cards, upload a new photo and report lost or damaged cards.

Card Print Manager

An add-on that enables the printing and encoding of cards in CardsOnline.

The Card-Print Manager is the interface between the local printer and CardsOnline. The add-on is installed on the local workstation and used for printing.
